We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your ScholarSync account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From Within the App
- Open the ScholarSync app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your identity and follow the prompts
Option 2: Contact Us via Email
Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request":
[email protected]Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- •Your personal profile information will be permanently deleted
- •All study materials, flashcards, and quizzes you created will be removed
- •Your study progress and analytics data will be erased
- •You will be removed from all study groups
- •This action is irreversible and cannot be undone
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). Any retained data will be deleted once the retention period expires.
